Responsibilities
• Leads continuous improvement on process definition and compliance• Interacts with consuming digital teams and domain teams to define solutions• Delivers projects on time and on budget• Manages continuous improvement program to improve quality and client satisfaction• Promotes project quality and follows standard application development tools and processes
Requirements
• 10+ years of application development leadership experience• 8+ years of technical experience within architecture development and integration of systems• 5+ years technical delivery of Typescript/Javascript related projects• In-depth knowledge of integration approaches and architectures• Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices-architecture, and API orchestration architecture• Experience and understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, logging, metrics, monitoring, tracing, service mesh, etc.• Strong understanding of API platforms, back-end services, database, and networking components• Direct management experience of cross-functional teams• Undergraduate/graduate degree or equivalent education and experience
