Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to establish and maintain supplier agreements aligned with organizational goals. Develop and manage budgets for interior and exterior design projects, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising the quality and aesthetics of design elements for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies related to both interior and exterior design. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions on sourcing strategies and product selection for indoor and outdoor spaces. Work closely with interior designers, architects, and landscape architects to understand project requirements, aesthetic preferences, and ensure coherence between indoor and outdoor design elements. Ensure that the procurement process aligns with the creative vision while meeting budgetary and timeline constraints for both interior and exterior spaces. Establish and enforce quality control standards for all design materials, whether for interiors or exteriors. Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues promptly for both indoor and outdoor design elements. Identify and mitigate risks related to the procurement of design elements, including supply chain disruptions and quality assurance, for both interior and exterior spaces. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges in the procurement process. Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development within the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience 10+ in a senior procurement role, with a focus on both interior and exterior design elements. In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management. Familiarity with interior and exterior design trends, materials, and furnishings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
