Responsibilities
• Lead and elevate global approach to talent management and succession planning• Advise and collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders on core talent processes• Create and monitor relevant metrics to address talent trends• Identify strategies to enhance internal talent pipeline• Support leadership development programs and talent calibration• Educate the business on talent management processes• Enhance onboarding program and grow Employee Resource Groups• Identify and deploy personalized learning and leadership development strategies• Create curriculum for management and leadership development programs• Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives and gather feedback
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field• 10+ years of progressive HR experience• 2+ years' experience in Talent Management and learning development• 5+ years' experience managing a team• Proficiency in MS Office products• Strong consulting skills and ability to partner with executive leadership• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Data-driven mindset and strong project management skills• Proficiency in HR technology and tools
