SIGNING BONUS: Negotiable Responsibilities: Direct Surgical Services departments' activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Required Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration - Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment if not current upon hire.
