Responsibilities
• Direct all housing operations and serve as champion for residential students• Interpret and implement housing regulations and policies• Develop and implement guidelines and policies for Student Housing operation• Supervise Student Housing budgets and strategic plans• Implement emergency and crisis response policies• Facilitate resource management and support for residential students• Administer co-curricular experience in residence halls• Develop and maintain student conduct system within Student Housing• Coordinate with college administrators, faculty, and community partners• Represent Student Housing with institutional and external stakeholders• Facilitate development and implementation of residence hall student organizations• Maintain administrative records and stay informed of national trends
Requirements
• 4-year / Bachelor's Degree• 8+ years of relevant experience• 5+ years of supervisory experience• Master's degree or higher preferred• Experience with Living Learning Communities preferred• Knowledge of student development theory and college student issues• Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions• Eligibility to work in the United States• Completion of background investigation and credit check
