About the Role:
As a Director of Strategic Sourcing, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and cost savings within our Supply Chain department. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing strategies and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute annual category management strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead the strategic sourcing process, including market analysis, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement cost-saving initiatives effectively.
Proactively manage contract expirations and optimize terms to maximize savings opportunities.
Identify and present innovative cost-saving ideas supported by comprehensive analyses.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a graduate degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
