Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team. The Director of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing digital partnerships and integrations to further enhance our market presence, drive growth, and solidify our position as an industry leader in hospitality technology.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners within the hospitality industry, including technology providers, service providers, and industry associations. Initiate and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at prospective partner organizations, including C-level executives, business development teams, and product managers. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including strategy, marketing, product development, and finance, to identify partnership opportunities and drive alignment on partnership objectives. Assist VSO in negotiation of partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that are mutually beneficial and align with the company's strategic goals. Drive the execution of partnership initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and capitalize on emerging market trends. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and forge new partnership opportunities. Continuously assess and optimize partnership strategies and processes to maximize value and ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred. Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop critical initiatives to capitalize on them. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies that align with company objectives. Results-oriented with a focus on driving outcomes and achieving targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making. Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize simultaneously. Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the hospitality industry and its evolving landscape.
