Director Of Slot Operations

Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the General Manager, accomplishes the Slot Department objectives by planning, organizing and directing all functions required to ensure slot and Bingo operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner for assigned Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property. Ensures compliance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration and/or Electronics plus five years related gaming experience in Slot operations management, including three years in a supervisory capacity. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver's license. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
