Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Operations: Oversee and optimize sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Coach and Develop Team: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and success.
Develop Sales Plans and Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.
Contribute to the Leadership Team: Actively participate in leadership discussions and decision-making processes.
Build the Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to strengthen our sales team.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5-10 years of sales management experience with a small-to-mid-sized team
3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the industry
Strong coaching and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Additional Skills and Competencies:
Ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic management team
Proven experience in leading sales transformation initiatives
Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems for sales accountability and coaching
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
This role involves:
Primarily office-based work with regular regional travel (up to 75%)
Possible national and international travel (up to 25%) with overnight stays
Attendance at business conferences several times a year
Occasional lifting and assembly of basic packaging
