Director Of Sales

Heid Music is looking for a new ensemble director! We have a Director of Sales position available in our organization. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of business acumen, a deep love for music, and a genuine desire to empower others on their musical journey while leading a team to achieve key metrics.
Our Director of Sales will lead our store management teams to achieve the sales and operational goals for Heid Music retail store locations.
The Director of Sales will coordinate a seamless orchestration of sales and service, ensuring that every customer encounters our distinctive BRAVO experience. Responsibilities will encompass the overall leadership of the retail store locations including training and development, managing performance, coaching, and operational efficiencies.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business or Education related field. Five plus years of retail and supervisory or related management and sales experience with proven sales results within the music industry is required. Previous success building community relationships and engagement is needed. Knowledge of music products and instruments is essential.
