Job summary
Cypress Square is seeking a high-performing Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director.Responsible for leading all sales and marketing activity.Objective is to support prospective residents and their family members.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.• Establish monitoring methods for marketing and sales programs.• Plan and implement marketing activities and events.• Collaborate with ED and RSDM for advertising needs.• Meet monthly sales activity standards and goals.• Respond and follow-up to inquiries in a positive and timely manner.• Develop a strong network of referral sources.• Host and attend community events.• Research local competition.• Manage move-in system and resident records.• Prepare and distribute mailings.• Complete reports and census tracking.• Order promotional supplies.• Schedule presentations with prospective residents and families.• Support eligibility assessment process.
Requirements
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.• Proven ability to drive the sales process.• Ability to articulate Navion Senior Solutions offerings.• Ability to position Navion against competitors.• Ability to work well with others and promote teamwork.• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
