Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Retail Ecommerce strategies• Provide marketing plan and strategy for Marketing and Communications teams• Ensure world-class user experience• Manage inventory levels for maximum profitability• Foster guest engagement and loyalty• Oversee the guest experience including Fulfillment• Strategic plan and budget development• Collaborate with internal cross-functional and stakeholder teams• Assist and support department, company, and leadership team• Lead digital strategy development for omni-channel guest experience
Requirements
• Two or four-year degree strongly preferred• At least seven (7) years of retail e-commerce experience• Solid foundation in business and product development• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service• Proficiency in Word, Excel; ability to learn Biltmore's systems, procedures, product/services• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent planning, organizational, time/project management skills• Proactive with good judgment and problem-solving skills• Reflect company core values and high ethical standards• Some travel required; valid driver's license• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
