We are currently seeking a responsible, high-energy individual for our Executive Assistant position to our Director of Plant Operations at our fast-growing company. The Executive Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations for a high-level Director at our company headquarters. This position may also include traveling with the executive to different plant locations as needed. The ideal candidate is well-organized, flexible, thorough, and self-motivated, with experience in handling a wide range of corporate administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to work with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment while being able to pivot between tasks quickly and demonstrate professionalism in any environment.Responsibilities:Proactively maintain the executives' busy and fluid calendar for the business.Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with day-to-day responsibilities along with events that arise quickly.Schedule, coordinate, and keep the executive up to date on professional events, meetings, and appointments.Manage and write professional correspondence.Manage emails, phone calls, and invitations with a wide range of business contacts in a professional manner.Be able to follow up with business contacts to bring tasks to completion.Seamlessly manage travel arrangements, accompanied by detailed itineraries.Prepare the executive for professional meetings and events by creating agendas and presentations.Represent the executive and organization in a professional, polished, and intelligent manner.Do what it takes to ensure the executives are prepared for all meetings and events.Qualifications:Must have two years of administrative experience.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint).Ambitious and detail-oriented; willing to learn and initiate new and improved processes where needed.Self-motivated, action-oriented, and organized, accompanied by the ability to create a task list and execute it.Able to take feedback and adapt to changes.Ability to navigate situations with a sense of humor.Demonstrate technical acumen as well as the ability to approach unfamiliar situations and problems creatively.Must have experience working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required.Must have a valid driver's license.Ability to travel as needed - 25%An ability to work quickly without compromising qualityEnjoy the role of a gatekeeper while still maintaining good relationships with all contacts.Must be able to pass a drug test and background checkExcellent, verifiable referencesAbout Company:Integrated Proteins™ is recognized as an industry leader in sourcing and trading rendered pet food proteins.
