The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the overall operational administration of the Outpatient Services Department. As a member of senior management, this position ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services. Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer while maintaining a collaborative working relationship and communication with all Senior Management members.

Qualifications Master's Degree specializing in a clinical related mental health area and TX licensure required (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC). Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the psychiatric/mental health field; experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
