Responsibilities
• Responsible for student enrollment in fully online programs• Manages team targets and consistently meets enrollment goals• Recruits, coaches, and develops managers, enrollment concierges, and enrollment coordinators• Uses data and technology systems to scale and sustain growth• Ensures excellent customer service by collaborating with managers, trainers, and others• Collaborates with teams across the family of LSU institutions• Some travel and other duties may be assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience• Five years of experience in a call center or online program recruitment operation• Five years or more experience with a CRM• Three years or more experience with auto-dialer and automated marketing• Field participation and cutting-edge field knowledge for current recruitment practices• Five or more years successfully leading and developing teams in a student recruitment/call center environment
