Requirements: 2 years experience required. Oncology/Cancer Clinic experience required. ONS cert preferred. BLS required. Experience in leadership, inclusive of staff thoughts and ideas, collaborative decision making. Knowledge and experience with radiation oncology is a huge bonus. Duties include operations, staffing, process improvement, 35 direct reports.
