Previous leadership experience in psychiatric healthcare facilities
Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations
Nice-To-Haves: Direct experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
Job Description: As the Director of Nursing for our Award Winning Client, you will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality general and psychiatric nursing care. Responsibilities include staffing, training and development, policy and procedure revision, and communication with medical staff and administration. Technical skills required include patient assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with external review entities.
