We are looking for a Director of Manufacturing based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure production meets the required deadlines, quality standards, and cost limitations. Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance production efficiency, utilizing innovative technology and data-driven decision-making. Ensure the safety of all employees by implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols and providing appropriate training and resources, fostering a secure and supportive work environment. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability in the work environment to foster high productivity and employee engagement, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and fostering professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role with a track record of successfully leading and executing manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including experience in implementing and optimizing them to drive efficiency and productivity Ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure manufacturing operations are in full legal and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of manufacturing professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of latest manufacturing trends and technologies Benefits Remote Work Permanent Position 30-Day Paid Leave 5-Day Work Week A competitive salary, reflective of your experience Health insurance coverage
