Director Of Information Technology

Job summary
Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Information and Technology functions for the Company's retail and administrative operations.Manages the security and privacy of IT systems, communication lines, and equipment.Supports and follows all sustainability programs and security and safety policies.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Direct IT operations to meet customer requirements and support existing infrastructure.• Develop new technical solutions and ensure cyber security.• Oversee integrity, maintenance, and optimization of computer systems and software applications.• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants.• Hire, train, and develop IT and data management teams.• Conduct regular meetings and adhere to company policies.• Support and follow sustainability programs and waste management procedures.• Provide excellent customer service.• Keep up with industry trends and technologies.• Ensure adherence to all department policies and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Director of IT or similar role.• Experience with management and support of Retail Grocery information systems preferred.• Knowledge of systems design and development processes.• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, .NET, StoreNext ISS45, BRData, MS Office, SQL server, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and VMWare environments.• Effective communication and presentation skills.• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.• Understanding of current computer technology and trends.• Ability to build collaborative relationships and trust with a diverse group.• Must be a team player and positive role model.• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations.• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and demonstrate manual dexterity.• Must adhere to health department standards and work in a safe manner.
