Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Implementation to oversee the successful deployment of our payroll solutions for new clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, client relationship management, and technical expertise in payroll and HRIS systems. The Director of Implementation will be critical to ensuring seamless client transitions, from the initial onboarding process to full implementation and training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee and manage the Implementation team to ensure implementations are on target and within budget. Responsible for creating a strategic plan for each implementation to be completed with quality and accuracy. Review the current project management/implementation process and workflow to identify areas of improvement. Develop processes or methods to be more proactive in mitigating project risks during the implementation process for Doyle HCM clients. Foster strong working relationships across Doyle HCM departments. Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process on an ongoing basis. Identify roadblocks and operational challenges to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Implementation team. Job Location : Columbus, Ohio
Salary : $100,000+ depending on experience.  Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.  Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing implementation teams. Proven track record of successfully implementing payroll and HRIS systems for clients in a fast-paced and growing environment.
