Wulco Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Director to lead the HR department.The Director will plan, implement, and ensure legal compliance of HR activities.This position requires 9-11 years of related experience and an active SHRM-SCP certification.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organization goals and strategy.• Plan, lead, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives.• Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.• Identify staffing and recruiting needs, and execute hiring and talent management practices.• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.• Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment law changes.• Develop and implement departmental budget.• Facilitate professional development and training for HR staff.• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
• B.A. in Business, Legal Studies, or Human Resource Management.• Active SHRM-SCP certification.• 9-11 years' related experience.• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.• Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities.• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.• Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels.• Must be able to travel locally within a reasonable distance.• Physical ability to operate a computer and perform other tasks as necessary.
