This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our HR operations across North America. Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead Human Resources initiatives across North America, focusing on enhancing systems, conducting performance evaluations, and streamlining the onboarding process.
Craft and implement HR policies that are fully compliant with local and international laws, ensuring our practices set the standard for excellence.
Drive effective recruitment strategies in partnership with our hiring teams, aiming to attract top talent that aligns with our organizational values and goals.
Foster strong collaboration with HR leaders across different regions to ensure coherence and alignment of HR processes and strategies.
Champion employee retention efforts, working closely with international HR management to develop programs that nurture our team's growth and satisfaction.
Deliver insightful updates to the International HR management team, contributing to the strategic direction of our global HR efforts.
Actively contribute to and maintain the HR dashboard, providing valuable data insights to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of North American employment laws, including those of the US and Canada.
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS), such as ADP or SAP.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within the life sciences sector.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience in a Clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment will be considered an asset.

This position is designed to accommodate a hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to balance work between home and our office in Cary, NC.
