About the Role:
As the Director of HR Communications, you will have the unique opportunity to narrate our journey in building and enhancing employee experiences through innovative solutions. Your expertise in writing and creativity will be pivotal in crafting and implementing an effective internal communications strategy for human resources. Key Responsibilities:
Devise and implement an HR communications strategy that supports our HR objectives and overall business goals.
Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications to integrate employee experiences into our broader communication efforts.
Work closely with HR leaders to ensure effective communication across all HR functions.
Organize and support events aimed at employee engagement, such as town halls and Employee Appreciation Week.
Maintain an HR calendar, manage communication channels, and oversee the production of HR-related content.
Contribute to cross-functional reviews and approvals alongside marketing, corporate communications, and executive leadership.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the distribution of HR communications, manage relevant metrics, and analyze success.
Liaise with various departments to align internal communications with our strategic business objectives.
Ensure all communications adhere to legal requirements and compliance standards.
