Director Of Food & Nutrition Services

The Director of Food & Nutrition Services will direct the dietary department for 160 + residents. The ideal-candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker always looking for ways to improve the dining experience for our Residents.
-continue developing our person center dining experience
-supervise and train new dining staff
-plan meals & event caterings
-ensure food preparation/presentation is appropriate
-maintain control of department operating budget
-order truck weekly for dietary department
-maintain schedules for dietary staff
Minimum Eligibility Requirements: -1 + year restaurant kitchen experience
-2 + years supervisory experience
