Director Of Finance

Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: Springfield, Missouri 
Position Overview: The Finance Director will be resposible for managing the department's finances, such as creating monthly financial reports, developing an annual budget, and training staff to support the health system's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, plans, and budgets Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities Provide financial advice to senior management and other stakeholders Develop financial models to present the cost-benefit of various investments or initiatives Produce regular financial and management reports Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with legal requirements Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations Provide advice on long-term financial planning and budgets Assist with tax planning and filing Evaluate and suggest improvements to internal processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred 5+ Years of Experience  Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounting Strong knowledge of Excel and other related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 5% Match Fitness Center Tuition Discounts and Reimbursement Childcare Discounts  Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
