Responsibilities
• Lead a team of experienced engineers to build life-changing products• Ensure consistent software shipping in a fast-moving startup environment• Execute end-to-end recruiting process for engineers and managers• Work with the CTO on technology investment strategies• Establish an engineering culture that celebrates excellence• Partner with product managers, designers, and clinical leaders• Deliver on the mission of providing easy access to behavioral healthcare
Requirements
• 8+ years of engineering experience• 4+ years of team management and growth experience• Mission-driven with a focus on providing high-quality healthcare• Nimble and focused on velocity and efficiency• Experience managing other engineering managers• Investment in business, product, design, and clinical issues• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
