The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare technology, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines and organizational goals.What you'll need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration)10-12 years of demonstrated experience in managing and leading high-performance engineering teamsExtensive experience in healthcare IT, with a proven track record in full stack technical leadership roles in taking products to marketExperience in full stack development (MS SQL, .NET, ReactJS, PowerBI, and Snowflake)Strong understanding of healthcare systems, interoperability, and data security.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management practices.Healthcare experience required.
