Job Description We are seeking a Director of Employee Relations to join our team to foster a harmonious work environment that aligns with our organizational goals. By fostering positive employee relations and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, you will contribute to our overall success.
As the Director of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for fielding and investigating concerns of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as overseeing employee training initiatives. You will also work collaboratively with the Business Leaders to determine and effectuate appropriate corrective actions
Responsibilities Receive, investigate, and resolve concerns of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation Conduct exit interviews Build and maintain relationships with employees across all lines of business Collaborate with Business Leaders to advise and effectuate appropriate corrective actions Adhere to regulatory standards Oversee employee orientation and other relevant training Create and update relevant policies and practices Conduct ongoing assessment of employee relations program in strategic planning and goal setting Researching and staying informed on relevant federal, state, and local employment laws Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist/Manager or similar role Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field or related combination of education and experience Demonstrated knowledge of employment law Exemplary interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving ability Additional Information Competitive wages with a pay range of $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually Weekly pay Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage – Available 1st of the month following 30 days of employment Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Voluntary Short Term & Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) retirement plan 7 Company Paid Holidays 100% Company Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness Insurance Identity Theft Protection Plan Discounted Legal Care Plan All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
