A Jewish non-profit organization located in South Florida is currently in search of a dynamic Director of Development. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of proven experience in this field.

Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate fundraising events, ensuring their successful execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, businesses, and organizations within the local community to solicit donations and support for our cause.
Create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials to engage donors and drive donations.
Employ a hardworking and goal-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across fundraising initiatives.
Track and report on fundraising activities, including donor interactions, contributions, and event outcomes, utilizing our database system.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Proven experience in fundraising, specifically securing six-figure donations, preferably within the non-profit sector.
Strong connections within the South Florida community.
Highly motivated and driven individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed fundraising goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Hardworking attitude with a go-getter mentality, willing to put in the effort to achieve results.
A goal-oriented and proactive approach to fundraising, with a strong sense of accountability and determination to succeed.
