You will be responsible for planning, directing, evaluating and maintaining an integrated intergenerational childcare program. You'll be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws including, but not limited to the Washington State childcare licensing guidelines and regulations. As our ICC Director, you will integrate the philosophy and mission of Bayview (BAYVIEW) into the operation of the Intergenerational Child Care Center. You'd maintain an orderly, secure, and mentally stimulating environment for children. This is accomplished through organizational skills, patience, sense of humor, and a joyful approach toward others.The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job.
