We are looking for a Director of Billing/RCM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the revenue cycle, billing, and coding processes at our non-profit organization. This position will entail providing leadership and guidance to the billing team, ensuring that billing processes are streamlined and efficient.
The Director of Billing/RCM will be responsible for: Developing and implementing strategies to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection Managing the day-to-day operations of the billing and coding team and providing guidance and support Leading efforts to develop and implement new systems and processes for billing, collection, and coding Providing training and guidance to staff on billing, coding, and collection policies Reviewing and monitoring financial performance to identify and resolve areas of opportunity Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field 5+ years of experience in billing, coding, and revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting, preferably a hospital or FQHC Experience leading and managing teams of billing and coding professionals Strong understanding of billing, coding, and collection processes and policies Familiarity with healthcare software and systems Proficiency in Spanish is a plus Benefits Medical Dental Vision Remote flexibility 401k w/ company match Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
