Salary: $175k - $250k base depending on experience, education, etc. + bonus, full benefits, and more.

We are seeking someone who can meet with our clients and look at buildings (commercial/industrial), understand and recommend design-build solutions including utilities and HVAC.
This person will be good with clients but also can look at specs and come up with a design from scratch. This person will also lead a team of mechanical design engineers (Principal Mechanical Design Engineer role also available if you prefer an individual contributor role).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attending company meetings to discuss work in progress, corporate issues, budget plans, business plans, and marketing plans on agreed-upon schedules. Maintain relationships with existing customers and work as a team player with the members of management and the project managers. Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization which may include the facility manager, project managers, or purchasing agent. Determine client needs and develop an engineered solution. Maintaining a sufficient knowledge of products and design criteria needed to adequately analyze and market the department's services for related projects. Identify problems on job site, gather information, and rectify. Relay prospective solutions to clients. Get feedback from clients during and after job completion. PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping system for design, estimating, and sales Strong presentation skills and oral and written communication skills Strong communication skills Ability to evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions. Knowledge of Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products Licensed P.E is a plus but not required.
