Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader in Lifecycle Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining, refining, and scaling our CRM program to cultivate a community of loyalists. Reporting directly to our CMO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive full-funnel marketing outcomes, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid out of our headquarters in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to fuel our growth.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.
Collaborate with field leadership and studio teams to elevate the client experience.
CRM System Management:
Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of CRM systems and tools.
Optimize CRM systems to improve conversion rates and performance metrics.
Ensure seamless connectivity between paid media and studio behavior for tracking and measurement.
Data Management:
Manage client data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into patient behavior and preferences.
Develop and maintain data quality standards and protocols.
Customer Segmentation and Personalization:
Implement personalized communications to enhance the patient journey.
Leverage automation and AI technologies to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the CRM function.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Proven experience in CRM leadership roles.
Technical proficiency with HTML and API tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with CRM systems like Klaviyo or Zenoti preferred.
