Position Overview: As the Director, Infrastructure , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technology strategy. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and infrastructure architecture, coupled with strong people leadership abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and stability.
Key Responsibilities: We prioritize servant leadership and excellent customer service. We want you to lead by example Develop and implement cloud and Infrastructure roadmaps Lead production issue resolution across all major systems and platforms Lead an efficient and structured change management/deployment methodology Provide Tier 3 On-Call support to our E-OPS Team during off-duty hours on a rotating schedule. Provide cloud and infrastructure needs for our multiple product teams Monitor, manage, and report on new system implementations Collaborate closely with Information Security for system design and deployment adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other cross functional Innovation Product Teams for efficient design, implementation, and steady-state support of projects and initiatives Establish a culture of DevOps. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and performance Provide leadership to ensure the overall IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure. Minimum 8+ years of hands-on technical knowledge and experience with the following: Multi-domain Windows enterprise environment Virtual servers in a VMWare environment Virtual desktops in a Citrix environment JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticket tracking and documentation system Solarwinds, NetFlow or similar network monitoring tools IT audit and compliance experience Bitbucket and Bamboo Core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, MS SQL Core Network technologies like LAN/WAN/SDWAN, subnets, Palo Alto firewalls, VLAN's, and VPN using Cisco switches and routers. AWS resources including but not limited to EC2, S3 Storage, Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS, in multi-account VPC structure Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment without sacrificing customer service, attention to detail and accuracy If you are a visionary leader with a passion for technology and people, ready to drive innovation in a dynamic organization, we invite you to apply for the position of Director, Infrastructure at American Credit Acceptance.
