Job Description As the Director of Influencer Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for paid partnerships for brand ambassadors, inclusive of healthcare providers to enhance brand visibility, engage and educate our target audience and drive business growth for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio of brands (BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, SKINVIVE®, CoolSculpting®, CoolTone®, Natrelle®, SkinMedica®, DiamondGlow® LATISSE®, Alle).
This highly visible role will operate as a key member of the Public Relations team and partner closely with consumer and digital marketing to develop strategic 360-degree, multi-channel programs (influencer channel, owned & operated, paid) brand ambassador campaigns designed to compliantly promote and protect Allergan's leadership in the aesthetic space by leveraging influencer partnerships to educate and demystify Allergan Aesthetics products and treatments. You will lead a talented team and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to create a comprehensive approach to influencer from organic to paid to creator licensing.
Main Areas of Responsibilities

· Influencer Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audiences.
· Lead and mentor a team, fostering their growth and development.
· Identify, assess, onboard, and manage influencers who align with our brand values, produce compelling content, and can effectively promote our products/services.
· Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, channel distribution, paid strategy, negotiation, and campaign performance analysis.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers and agents, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand messaging and objectives.
· Budget Management: Manage and allocate the influencer budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
· Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers and cross-functional key stakeholders to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
· Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, partner with internal data analytics and digital marketing teams and provide actionable insights for optimization.
· Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing influencer partnerships and pharmaceutical promotions.
· Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve our influencer strategy.
· Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
· Develop comprehensive knowledge of the products, key messages, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the full product portfolio.
Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Qualifications · Proven experience in influencer campaigns/partnerships, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role.
· Existing relationships with creators, influencer management teams and agencies
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer marketing/social listening tools.
· Strong track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
· Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative influencer strategies.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Legal and compliance knowledge related to influencer programming.
· Passion for industry.
· Excellent oral and written skills; communicating clearly and concisely.
· Able to proactively manage deadlines.
· Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships

Ideal Candidate Qualifications : · Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
· 10+ years' experience in Influencer/social media.
· Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
· Agency experience a plus
· Knowledge of the Medical Aesthetic and pharmaceutical promotional guidance space a plus
