This is a hybrid position. When in the office, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct., Middleton, WI. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. We are seeking a Director, Human Resources Information Systems to:
L ead the strategic planning, design, and execution of HR systems while serving as a strategic advisor and expert on HR technology and technology programs impacting UW Health. Lead and enhance the efficiency of our HR operations and improve the overall employee digital experience. Develop and execute an advanced HR technology strategy, managing the Oracle HR platform (and other HR technologies) . At UW Health, you will have :

Minimum -Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field.
Preferred - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as Business or Healthcare Administration. Work Experience :
Minimum - Seven (7) years of progressive/relevant experience in the management of human resources, HRIS or information systems
Preferred -Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included HRIS services. Licenses and Certifications :
