The Global Director Trade Compliance leads the overall strategic, tactical and financial operations to drive global compliance of Solenis import and export programs.The Director will coordinate identification and investigation of trade compliance risks, requirements, and solutions; and lead coordination among regional implementation plans, both within Solenis and in partnership with our relevant external partners.The Director ensures Global Trade participation in special projects across functional areas.

- Develop and maintain global compliance reporting
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent certification in International Trade, Regulatory, Public Safety, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years Regulatory Management
Skills/Knowlege
Regulatory compliance management
Supply chain cross functional processes
Project Management skills
Knowledge and understanding to work within various local and regional regulatory safety, environmental, quality and financial regulations, standards and laws as required for specific location, region or country.
EU and Country Specific licensing, permitting and bond/guarantee requirements (or facility with tools to identify as needed)
U.S. regulatory knowledge including extra-territorial restricted/denied parties and chemical controls.
Customs classification knowledge
Chemical manufacturing process knowledge preferred.
