Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using product development process lifecycles and workflows. Drive continuous improvement to design operations and processes (intake, capacity planning, tooling, workflow mapping) Collaborate with other cross-functional Design team leaders (Research, Content Design, Design Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders. Work with Program Management leaders in PayPal community to establish best practices in process, tooling, and approach.What You Need to Bring:A successful candidate should have at least 12+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager.Proven ability in managing projects within a design team or design operations is required.Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years leading design program management teams. Thorough command of the UX lifecycle, knowledgeable in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques Background in software, product, or design development and ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks quickly conceptually is preferred.Experience with project management software tools and templates; Familiarity with standard design?and?prototyping tools, such as Figma, Framer, and MiroExperience working in Finance, FinTech or a similar industry is an advantage.We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
