As theDirector, Client Services Enterprise Accountsyou will be responsible for providing strategic and growth leadership with focus on selling new lines of business to current clients and prospective clients, including development of strategy and collaboration with Bright Horizons’ Client Relations Team, where applicable. You will drive the execution and delivery of strategy and long-term growth for each account within the portfolio for which they are responsible. You will grow and maintain relationships with senior and executive management from each account, focusing on ensuring that Bright Horizons business is successfully maintained and new lines of business opportunities are developed, and work strategically and collaboratively with internal Bright Horizons constituents.
What you will be doing:
Ensure the optimum development of named, strategic Enterprise accounts in your portfolio to support the company’s growth and retention objectives.
Ensure a deep understanding of client’s ongoing business strategy, so that new Bright Horizons services can be introduced to augment what is currently offered and support the company’s ongoing needs and objectives.
Manager senior and executive management strategic partnerships to ensure oversight and growth for current products, as well as new business development.
Work closely with the Bright Horizons Legal team to manage the negotiations of client contracts to optimize company’s financial return and contract terms on a timely basis.
Proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with clients to maximize retention, satisfaction and loyalty, and to ensure willing and positive client testimonials and endorsements
Ensure timely implementation and work with internal teams on all coordination
Effectively manage the process of developing financial models, presentation materials, business case information and other supporting collateral, during the selling cycle.
Consistent and accurate use of Salesforce.
Work closely and collaboratively with Bright Horizons Operations Team when developing and introducing new programs,
Develop a detailed Annual Territory Account Plan and manage to it consistently and effectively throughout the year, making necessary and continuous strategic adjustments and updates.
Meet or exceed quota.
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree and related business experience.
Must have prior experience creating and managing pro formas and budgets.
8+ years of sales and account management experience required.
Proven experience selling to seasoned executives.
Experience with contract negotiations is required.
Strong analytical, organizational and management skills are required.
Must have experience interacting with Executives both internal and external.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills.
Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, problem solving and time management skills required.
Up to 75% travel required, must live near a major airport.
