About the Role
The Casino Marketing Director oversees the strategizing, creation, and execution of all marketing efforts for the casino, guaranteeing adherence to both state and local gaming regulations as well as internal audit standards.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Marketing to foster a cohesive, productive, and proactive approach across all marketing departments. Implement effective strategies for recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, and progressive discipline across all areas of the casino marketing team. Establish and uphold departmental policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Design and manage experiential events to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate disciplinary actions, training initiatives, and performance evaluations. Define, monitor, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the casino hosts and sales team. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of technical support systems such as player kiosks and player tracking. Develop, execute, and refine programs aimed at acquiring new casino patrons. Collaborate with internal staff on Database/Direct Mail initiatives, contributing to the development of criteria for campaigns and programs. Requirements
