Responsibilities
• Organize and lead a team of peers to desired results• Supervise business development staff for product development• Cultivate industry relationships with potential customers and partners• Recommend new potential lines of business• Drive the development of long-range plans• Conduct market needs analysis and understand competition• Create financial and employment feasibility analysis• Develop solutions to obstacles during the development process• Direct all product and service development initiatives• Develop consistent alignment among various departments• Oversee the response to customer solicitations• Develop relationships with high-level decision makers
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in business or marketing• Minimum of 7 years of experience• Commanding knowledge of government procurement processes• Good team building skills• In-depth knowledge of product and service development• Experience in program management or equivalent• Quick learner and enthusiastic about LCI's mission• 35% travel required
