Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals• Assist with daily living tasks and light housekeeping• Build relationships with persons served and teammates• Attend community occasions and fun activities• Transport persons served to appointments or activities• Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest• Document progress, milestones, and action steps• Provide person-centered and collaborative environment• Utilize computer skills for documentation
