Alay Home Care is a DDD Operational Provider who is devoted in supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Support Staff in the Home and Community settings. We're able to take on Consumers along with their current Staff statewide, Servicing ALL NJ Counties !
Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 300 consumers throughout New Jersey. We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.

Requirements: Knows ASL (American Sign Language) High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher Valid CPR/First Aid Certification Training and Pre-screening: Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints Drug screening College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications Preferred Vehicle for Community Transport 1 year Behavioral Experience Responsibilities: Care - Activities of Daily Living Companionship Mentorship Community Support Behavioral Support Medication Administration Why Should You Apply? ??
