PCBA Rework Technician Direct Hire Opportunity If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a PCBA Rework Technician , in Carson City, NV Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience working with circuit boards and has past rework experience.
This is a direct hire, 1st Shift Opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities: Perform detailed visual inspections to identify defects products.
Repair solder joints, replace components and fix circuitry as required to meet all requirements.
Document these activities
Requirements and Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
Understand electrical and mechanical components is a huge plus
Able to perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize a deviation from accepted practice.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, facilitation, and presentation skills.
PCBA experience is a plus, but not required.
Able to clearly communicate problems and observations with management from other departments.
