Job Summary: The Director of Enterprise Regulatory Affairs will oversee and assure continued accreditation for the UK HealthCare Enterprise, coordinating and directing efforts related to The Joint Commission ( TJC ) , Office of Inspector General ( OIG ), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ( CMS ). He/she will promote a standard and effective approach to ensure continued survey readiness ( CSR ) at every level of the organization. The director will act as a subject matter expert for CSR at the executive level, providing support and direct interaction in preparation for mock surveys, and be able to effectively execute critical conversations. #LI-PW1
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities: The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of accreditation requirements and standards; excellent project planning and organizational skills; strong leadership skills to include the ability to lead and direct others toward goal setting and attainment, taking into account divergent demands while managing scope and timelines; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); strong ability to engage and motivate others; active listening skills; enjoy working independently as well as in a group; and a thorough understanding of resource and employee management.

Required License/Registration/Certification : Licensed
Preferred Education/Experience: Master's degree with extensive knowledge in the area of accreditation and standards highly preferred. MSN preferred.
