Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members Assist managers in training and development of the team Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor team member and guest needs Lead hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner 1 year of related experience is required Proficiency in organizing tasks effectively and providing excellent guest service Basic math skills Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required Showcase your ability to handle guest concerns, employing active listening techniques to resolve challenging and occasionally emotionally charged situations while preserving the guest's satisfaction Must be able to obtain a Gaming License High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
