TEGNA, one of the largest media players in the nation and a purpose-driven organization with leading marketing solutions, is seeking a Digital Sales Fulfillment Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will assist in the oversight of the centralized digital support efforts by supervising a team of Digital Fulfillment Specialists, as well as being an individual contributor by providing services to a select group of markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of TEGNA's digital products, meeting order and advertiser expectations of performance and service level. The team's main goal is to handle all post-sales needs so local markets can focus on client-facing, revenue-generating opportunities and continue to provide superior customer service.



Location : This role can be based out of any of TEGNA's markets.



Compensation range : $70,000-$90,000



Job Responsibilities : Lead a team of Digital Fulfillment Specialists that handle all post-sale activity including order intake, campaign implementation, submitting orders to digital fulfillment teams/vendors, campaign monitoring and maintenance, processing renewal orders and campaign modifications and standard performance reporting. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of team members. Measure the productivity of team members towards KPIs and provide coaching and correction as needed. Provide post-sales services as an individual contributor to assigned station(s). Serve as post-sales lead for digital support across multiple markets. Ensure proper entry and billing of all digital campaigns as an audit gate prior to submitting orders to digital fulfillment teams/vendors. Regular tracking of client campaign delivery across TEGNA's digital products consisting of OTT/CTV, video, and display. Work with Digital Client Services teams across multiple product lines to ensure campaign pacing and delivery. Work in tandem with Account Executives, Station leadership, Sales Support, and corporate leadership. Complete monthly reporting for all digital campaigns. Requirements :
4+ years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment. Track record of successfully processing orders, launching digital advertising campaigns, achieving campaign performance results and retaining/growing advertiser customers. Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting/analytics Prior experience using project management tools, CRM systems and MS Office suite. Success in working with and leading support teams. Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills.
