Bally Sports is looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join the team Working out of the Bally Sports Digital Operations Center (DOC), Operations Coordinators are responsible for monitoring live sports streams across a suite of digital products and Regional Sports Networks, providing quality control and issue identification and escalation to our internal and third-party support teams.
What you'll do:
Provide multi-regional live event monitoring and quality control for Bally Sports digital products across a variety of platforms including web, mobile web, iOS, Android, and connected television devices Promptly communicate all live streaming issues to necessary support and engineering teams, aiding in incident reproduction and collection of details Actively monitor the streaming health of Bally Sports live events and device streaming performance Complete pre-event checklists and app/website reviews to proactively identify issues across all platforms Complete daily content operation processes for image replacement and postgame highlight creation Identify product and/or design flaws and collaborate with the Product Development team to document and escalate all digital product issues as it relates to the consumer experience Verify consistent collection of digital data ahead of product releases and updates, testing, documenting, and escalating any product issues What to bring:
