The Role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative remote marketing team. Operating within North American time zones, we value live video meetings to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our B2C digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead and support promotional plans, monitor campaign performance, and drive customer growth to expand company awareness. Proficiency in email marketing, social media marketing, website management, and reporting is essential, along with a solid understanding of various B2C digital marketing practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies to contribute to yearly revenue targets and overall brand growth.
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, content creation, and digital advertising.
Enhance our brand's online presence and grow our customer base to achieve brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team, external copywriters, and designers to develop engaging content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Write persuasive copy for marketing materials, including emails, ads, blog posts, and website content, to effectively convey key messages and value propositions.
Create on-brand content and marketing materials that engage and bring value to both new and existing customers.
Set up and manage drip campaigns and triggered email sequences for personalized and timely communication to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing in a multi-channel or online retail environment.
Experience with various marketing elements, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Deep understanding of target audience, industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing objectives.
Demonstrable experience in market research methods and marketing data analytic tools.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Creativity and analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to make well-informed decisions promptly.
Highly organized with great attention to detail and deadline-driven.
Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player.
Customer-first mindset and commitment to quality.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and innovate.
Commercial awareness paired with a creative mind.
Proficient in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Salary Range: $56,800-$66,100
Location: Remote - Our company is able to hire in the following locations: AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, RI, SC, TX, VA, WI
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm
