Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, develops, and implements the digital marketing strategies and campaigns via the company's website(s) and through social media presence to support Mission Point's strategic Marketing objectives. Develops and expands company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels. Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company. Coordinates with other marketing team members or outside vendors to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s). Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's site(s). Collaborates with internal staff to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Research new online media opportunities including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forms Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing. Identifies trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on market intelligence. Develops KPI's, measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against established objectives. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Assist with paid media including liaising with digital advertising companies Assist the Director of Brand Management with budget preparation. Travel up to 20%. Required/Desired Qualifications: Education and experience: Bachelor's degree; 3+years of digital marketing experience, preferably in health care. Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns Strong writing and communications background. Exceptionally organized and detail oriented. Collaborative problem solver that thrives in faced-paced environments. Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise and actionable storylines. Proficient in Adobe suite products and basic understanding of graphic design principles. Project management skills for handling time-sensitive project to meet deadlines. Other Qualifications: Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work within a team environment in support of company objectives.? Customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure? Strong?attention?to detail, and accuracy, excellent organizational skills?with?ability to prioritize, coordinate and?simultaneously?maintain?multiple projects with a high level of?quality?and?productivity.?? Ability to communicate effectively, analyze problems and identify practical solutions.??? Computer skills required? Meets state and federal criminal background check requirements
